My name is Mr Nizin R. Lopez, I'm a 43 year old Cuban-American Artist based in Miami/Fla. I am here to denounce a hideous crime that is being perpetrated against me here in USA: Organized community harassment/stalking sponsored by Law Enforcement and the Intelligence community. Yes, I am a targeted citizen, I've been a victim of this secret illegal un-constitutional harassment program since Jan 2011, we're on May 2019.
It is important to understand what "Organized Community Harassment" means. If you are a targeted individual that means that you have been labelled as an 'Enemy of the State' even though you are just an innocent-harmless law abiding citizen that poses no real threat to anyone. You've been placed in a blacklist! Organized gang stalking, covert harassment, or community based mobbing is a secret program of the U.S. Government designed to neutralize targeted citizens emotionally and psychologically through dark neuro-linguistic programming and negative aversive stimuli.
We're talking here about a takedown program designed to keep a person in a state of anxiety & hyper-vigilance. As an unwilling participant of this torture program you are exposed to a stressor outside the range of usual human experience, the idea behind this unjust systematic multi-layered harassment is to cause a nervous breakdown in the long run (to push you over the edge). Once you've been labelled as "metally unfit" your credibility is out of the window. Most targeted individuals end up in psychiatric institutions.
As far as the organized community harassment done to me every single time I go out into the general public...the unjust systematic harassment is done by a group of people in an organized fashion using unethical means to torment, preoccupy, agitate, intimidate, and terrorize me 24/7 no matter where I go. We're talking here for example about acts of provocations, choreographed street theater, pedestrian mobbing, noise campaigns, mimicking, directed conversations, invasion of space, verbal breakdown, engineered collisions, orchestrated synchronicities, entrapment...etc. Basically, a vigilante operation based on choice reference patterns.
The command station for organized stalking is the Fusion Center. Since I live in Cutler Bay/Fla, the Fusion Center that is closest to me is the HSB/SEFFC which happens to be the heaquarters for the Miami Dade Police. The 'Surveillance Role Players' at the service of Law Enforcement are brainwashed into believing that the target is a threat to public safety: a terrorist, a murderer, or a sex offender. We're talking here about a professional character assassination campaign, a clandestine civil-military operation. They mess with you all the time hoping that you retaliate. If you do retaliate, then the cops show up put you in jail under a false narrative.
I'll go ahead and provide a practical example so that the reader can understand what I'm talking about here. I go to Walmart pretty much every two weeks in order to buy food. Every single time I go to Wallmart I experience heavy overwhelming multi-layered harassment, I've experienced this in the following Walmart stores:
Walmart store: 19501 N.W. 27th ave, Miami Gardens/Fla 33056.
Walmart store: 3200 N.W. 79th st, Miami/Fla 33147.
Walmart store: 21151 S. Dixie Hwy, Miami/Fla 33189.
I began frequenting Walmart on a regular basis in May 2014. To this day I still experience community based mobbing in the Walmart store located in Cutler Bay. I usually pay with my debit card so I can prove that I've been going to Wallmart pretty much every two weeks since May 2014 until the present (there are video cameras inside the stores and outside of the stores). If let's say hypothetically speaking the FBI would be interested in investigating my claims, they would find plenty of video footage proving my statements. If the FBI were to scrutinize these videos (of course this is not going to happen because the DOJ and the FBI know about the targeted individual program and they don't do anything about it), they would see many, many bizarre acts of provocations perpetrated against me that are very well orchestrated. I'm talking about all kinds of rude behavior meant to aggravate me.
Every single one of those perpetrators that messed with me in Walmart interacted with somebody who has something to do with Law Enforcement. Since I ride the bus in order to get to Walmart, these agent provocateurs are notified of my presence with a phone call or a text message...they got plenty of time in order to orchestrate whatever it is that they're gonna do to me (organized stalking is based on choice reference patterns, they know your routine). Every single time the operative gets a call from the folks who got me under constant surveillance, that call or that text message is registered in a database that cannot be erased:
"The target just got off the bus, he'll be by the store in about six minutes. Here's his picture so that you recognize him when you see him. We got an ex-convict provoking him to a fight by the bus stop so he's gonna be agitated by the time he gets to the store. As soon as he is about to enter the store, jump in front of him and block the entrance pretending it is something happening by chance. Stand right in the middle of the entrance and play stupid. Don't worry, you have nothing to worry about, we got your back. Remember, this is classified, you can't tell anyone about this".
In other words: It is possible to prove in a Court of Law that these domestic terrorists have been doing this kind of thing to me in Walmart for a period of years. Based on the body language of the Wallmart employees, if I would have to take a wild guess I would say that they all seem to know that I am a "silent hit".
Here's a practical example of organized harassment sponsored by the authorities:
On the afternoon of 05/04/2019 I went to the Walmart store located in Cutler Bay (21151 S. Dixie Hwy, Miami/Fla 33189). Right at the moment I was about to enter the store, an old lady in her 60's came out of nowhere and sort of jumped in front of me blocking the entrance. She literally stood right in the middle of the entrance blocking my path. She just stood there as if she owned the place....This is not something that happened by chance, this was 100 % intentional. We're talking here about an orchestrated synchronicity, an invasion of space. It was clear that she was a a "Citizen On Patrol" enlisted by the Police, she was was wearing a hat and dark glasses, she was trying to conceal her identity. This event transpired at 2:53 PM exactly (this is on camera).
So, I did my shopping and I headed to a register in order to pay for my groceries. As soon as I stood in line by register 11, the lady re-appeared, she stood in line right behind me (this happened at 3:04 PM). There were plenty of registers open but she had to stand behind me! She started to cough and then she created a scene, she tried to touch my left shoulder. I told her not to touch me. Basically, this gangstalking operative wanted to let me know that I am under constant surveillance (she didn't use a debit card, she paid cash so that the transaction could not be traced; she was tryin to conceal her identity).
I left register 11 and headed for the exit of the store. Before I could reach the exit, a South American looking woman accompanied by her kid blocked my path on purpose (this happened at 3:07 PM, in front of register 8). They made it look as if it was an accident but it was another orchestrated synchronicity, an invasion of space. Then a Hispanic man in his 40's came out of nowhere and cut me off also...another well camouflaged invasion of space meant to trigger an emotional response! I was able to leave the store.
To my surprise, the old lady that stalked me inside the store re-appeared in the street! I had left the store and I was walking by the Walmart parking lot, right the intersection of S.W. 211 st and S.W. 11300 BLK. The lady accelerated her pace in order to coincide with me at the corner, she invaded my space once again...in a very subtle way of course (choreographed street theater). Then she left, finally. This happened at 3:14 PM, right by the corner of the Wallmart store located in 21151 S. Dixie Hwy, Miami/Fla 33189....Saturday, May 04, 2019. First she blocks my path by the entrance of the store at 2:53 PM....then she follows me and stands behind me in line, at 3:04 PM. Then she re-emerges at 3:14 PM and messes with me again! We're talking here about a highly organized plot, very well orchestrated. The subliminal message behind this:
"I can invade your space, I can follow you around, I can stand next to you and cough loudly, I can bump into you pretending it is an accident, I can mess with you! And there's nothing you can do about it!"
Who recruited this shameless old lady, the Miami Dade Police Department South District Station? I don't know for sure. But there's no doubt in my mind that she is an agent provocateur, a perpetrator of organized stalking working for the authorities. I'm sure they gave her some incentive....probably cash or maybe gift cards. The goal behind this highly organized plot? Answer: to provoke me, to push me over the edge. Keep in mind that they've been doing this kind of thing to me for years now. They want me to respond in the way they expect me to respond, they want to arrest me under a false narrative. The corrupt folks in the Miami Dade Police Dept...they dream of landing me on National TV as a threat to public safety! They wanna destroy me.
Organized group stalking: a secret illegal unconstitutional government program designed to eliminate people that have been labelled as a "enemies of the state" (even if they are decent law abiding citizens).
