It is important to understand what "Organized Community Harassment" means. If you are a targeted individual that means that the so called authorities have designated you as an 'Enemy of the State', even though you are just an innocent-harmless law abiding citizen that poses no real threat to anyone. You're politically incorrect and outspoken so you've been placed in a blacklist! Covert harassment, organized group stalking, or community based mobbing is a secret program of the U.S. Government designed to neutralize targeted individuals emotionally and psychologically through negative aversive stimuli and dark neuro linguistic programming.
We're talking here about a takedown program designed to destroy every aspect of the person's life. As an unwilling participant of this torture program you are exposed to a stressor outside the range of usual human experience. The idea behind the unjust systematic multi-layered harassment is to cause a nervous breakdown in the long run, to push you over the edge. They wanna keep you in a state of anxiety and hyper-vigilance.
As far as the organized community harassment done to me every single time I go out into the general public, the unjust systematic harassment is done by a group of people in an organized fashion using unethical means to torment, preoccupy, agitate, intimidate, and terrorize the target 24/7 no matter where he goes (365 days a year). We're talking here for example about acts of provocations that are very well camouflaged. Basically, a vigilante operation based on choice reference patterns (asymmetrical warfare).
The command station for organized stalking is the Fusion Centers. Since I live in the Cutler Bay/Fla, the Fusion Center that is closest to me is the HSB/SEFFC which happens to be the headquarters for the Miami Dade Police. The 'agent provocateurs' working for the puppet masters are brainwashed into believing that the target is a threat to public safety: a terrorist, a murderer, a sex offender, a wife beater, a racist, a drug addict, a thief, etc. We're talking here about a professional character assassination campaign, a clandestine civil-military operation.
Here's what organized community harassment looks like:
There is a particular guy in my neighborhood, in the Cutler Bay area, that has been following me around, harassing me for almost a year. I'm talking about a South-American looking individual who's probably not even 21 years old. This "Neighborhood Watch terrorist" seems to be an expert when it comes to choreographed street theater. He follows me around on foot but sometimes he rides a bicycle. This is the kind of stuff that he does:
1- If I walk out of my house in order to go to the bus stop by Caribbean Blvd, guess what!...he appears all of the sudden right by the corner, pretending he's tying his shoe lace or something. This means that the folks who enlisted him gave him my address, he knows where I live.
2- If I walk from my house to the bus stop (bus stop # 03635 or bus stop # 03648), as soon as I get there he shows up. He passes me by, he makes eye contact, and nods his head. This is to let me know that I'm being watched. Or, he shows up exactly at the moment when the bus arrives: Orchestrated synchronicities.
3- Hand signals: The minute I get to the bus stop, he appears. He looks at me and then he starts making weird hand signals as he passes me by: He rubs his face, he squeezes his nose, he covers his mouth, he touches his eyes, etc (dark neuro linguistic programming).
4- Directed conversations: As soon as I arrive at a bus stop he shows up. Then he passes me by he says something like: "Yeah, he's a f*cking idiot, he's just a delusional-paranoid f*ck sending letters to Senators." He does this kind of thing in order to trigger an emotional response (camouflaged insults).
5- Negative aversive stimuli: As soon as I arrive at the bus stop and I sit at the bus bench, the perp appears. He opens his backpack and grabs what appears to be lunch leftovers in a plastic bag. Next thing you know, that ends up in the trash can that's right next to me. He makes eye contact as he does this, to let me know this is not something happening by chance.
6- Mimicking: If I happen to be wearing for example a blue t-shirt, as soon as I get to the bus stop the perp shows up wearing a blue shirt. If I'm wearing a baseball cap that has the American flag on it, he shows up wearing a t-shirt with the American flag. If I'm wearing military uniform style shorts, he shows up wearing a military camouflage beanie (he mocks me).
7- If I am walking in the streets, all of the sudden he comes out of nowhere and starts walking in front of me. He starts coughing loudly, as loud as possible. He clears his throat, he looks at me, and then he spits on the sidewalk.
8- Engineered collisions: sometimes when I'm walking by Caribbean Blvd and Cutler Ridge Dr, this guy comes out of nowhere riding his bicycle, he jumps in front of me forcing me to step back: An invasion of space. He provokes me, hoping that I respond in the way that he wats me to respond.
The examples are endless....
When this punk started harassing me in the Cutler Bay area, he used to show up on foot. Since he realized that I'm documenting everything, now he rides a bicycle plus he wears dark glasses. He's trying to conceal his identity, he doesn't wanna be exposed for obvious reasons. Basically, what we have here is a serial stalker working for the Miami Dade Police Dept, a domestic terrorist that is shielded from legal culpability. They compensate him with cash payments and gift cards (maybe they are helping him with his legal status in USA). The idea behind this organized harassment is to let me know that I am under constant surveillance, they want me to feel as if I am in a virtual concentration camp. They want me to feel frustrated, helpless.
The reader must be wondering:
"How is it possible that this agent provocateur knows when you're leaving your house?" How can he know when you are arriving at a certain location? Is he able to track your cell phone somehow? How does he know your precise coordinates in the Cutler Bay area?"
The folks who got me under under constant surveillance, they know where I'm at at all times (Fusion Center: DHS/FBI/Police). These people have access to very, very advanced technology that enables them to track and monitor anybody, anywhere, anytime. They don't even need to install cameras inside your place, they can watch your every move while sitting in front of a computer. Besides, all targeted individuals are implanted with highly advanced neuro-nanotechnology, Military technology.
So yeah, it is easy for the puppet masters to track me at all times. They got plenty of trained personnel and they got all kinds of resources (they see me as a guinea pig-mind control experiment).
So, everytime I get ready to go out into the streets in the Cutler Bay area, the South-American perp who gets paid to follow me around gets a phone call:
"Hey are you in the area? The target is getting ready to leave his residence, he'll be by the bus stop in about 15 minutes. Go to Caribbean Blvd right now and stand in the corner in a place where he cannot see you. As soon as he gets to the bus stop, we call you and then you walk towards him as if it is a coincidence. As soon as you pass him by, cough loudly, clear your throat, rub your face. Then stare him down in a sarcastic manner. He knows you're stalking him, you've been following him around for almost a year so hopefully, he'll lose his mind and he'll retaliate...then we show up and we arrest him under a false narrative. Don't worry about anything, we got your back. Plus, he doesn't have money to hire a lawyer".
So, not only it is possible to identify this 'Surveillance Role Player' who feels invincible, it is possible to identify the ones who enlisted him. That phone call (or text message) is registered in a database that cannot be erased!
So ladies and gentlemen, this is what the U.S. government is doing with your tax payer dollars!...they are hiring snitches in order to mess with outspoken-politically incorrect free thinkers that they disagree with (Stasi style). Keep in mind that there are thousands of targeted individuals in USA, maybe even a million.
NATIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH: Crime prevention through neighborhood cohesiveness and collaboration.
"A law enforcement liaison is the law enforcement officer or deputy specifically assigned the responsibility of establishing and supporting local Neighborhood Watch groups. The liaison will guide Neighborhood Watch leaders to make decisions that will be best for their group. The officer will train Neighborhood Watch leaders, block captains and members in areas ranging from setting goals to how to report suspicious activities. The liaison should also be involved in facilitating community-wide Neighborhood Watch activities."
