These "Neighborhood Watch terrorists" working for the Palmetto Bay Police Dept seem to be experts when it comes to choreographed street theater. They expose me to all kinds of negative situational scenarios on a regular basis. This is the kind of stuff they do to me:

1- Orchestrated synchronicities: If I walk out of my house in order to go to the bus stop by Caribbean Blvd and Bahaman dr, guess what!...the old man appears all of the sudden riding a bicycle (right by the corner of my house). He wears a baseball cap and he wears glasses in an attempt to conceal his identity, he knows that what he's doing is very illegal (he knows I'm documenting everything). This means that the cops who enlisted him gave him my address, he knows where I live.

2- If I walk from my house to the bus stop (either bus stop # 03648 or bus stop # 03635), as soon as I am about to get there, the old couple appear. They stand by the sidewalk and they even have the nerve to ask me nonsense questions. Then one of them starts coughing as loud as possible, this person clears his/her throat and spits on the sidewalk: Negative aversive stimuli. Keep in mind that they've been exposing me to this toxic environment for at least a year.

3- Invasion of space: The minute I'm about to arrive at the bus stop (bus stop # 03648), the old lady comes out of the house. She stands in the middle of the sidewalk, she looks at me and she smiles sarcastically. Basically, she's forcing me to go around (forcing me out of the sidewalk). It is not unusual for them to park a car across the sidewalk, right in the middle; forcing me to walk in the street. They know I use that sidewalk pretty much on a daily basis so they do this on purpose.

4- Hand signals: When I am heading for the bus stop, the old man comes out of the house, usually slamming the door of the house (as loud as possible). Then he stands in the middle of the sidewalk acting erratic, making weird hand signals: He rubs his face, he squeezes his nose, he covers his mouth, he touches his eyes, etc (dark neuro linguistic programming). He does this type of thing in order to mock me. Keep in mind that he's been exposing me to these grotesque scenarios for at least a year.

5- Directed conversations: When they know I'm coming, one of them comes out of the house and stands by the sidewalk talking on the cell phone in Spanish: "Yeah, this guy is paranoid, he thinks people are following him, he's crazy." They do this in order to aggravate me, they're trying to inflict emotional distress (these are camouflaged insults pretty much). Keep in mind that these people have been messing with me for a long time.

6- This couple, they get a phone call every time I'm about to go show up in the area (from the folks who got me under constant surveillance). They wait for me to appear and when they see me, they throw stuff in the garbage (in the huge garbage containers in front of their house). They even shake the plastic garbage containers in order to make noise. This is carefully orchestrated, they do this right at the moment when I'm passing by their place. I've been exposed to this choreographed street theater for at least a year.

7- Noise campaigns: One of their favorite tricks is to slam the door of their house right at the moment when I am passing by (as I head to the bus stop). They do it as loud as possible. This is not something happening by chance, obviously. Keep in mind that this kind of thing has been going on for at least a year.

8- Mimicking: If I'm heading to the bus stop and I happen to be wearing for example a green t-shirt, as soon as I get to the bus stop the old man comes out of his house wearing a greenish shirt. If I'm wearing a red t-shirt, he wears a red t-shirt. The idea behind this is to ridicule me.

The examples are endless! I could go on forever. Basically, what we have here is perpetrators of organized community harassment shielded from legal culpability. It is clear that they are Neighborhood Watch terrorists working for the Palmetto Bay Police Dept. Since they are full time perps they get paid in cash (so that the transaction cannot be traced). Usually, perpetrators of organized stalking are compensated with gift cards but since these people have been harassing me for at least a year (they are full time perps); they get paid cash. Maybe they've been given other incentives as well, who knows!...

(they look innocent but they are not innocent, they are perpetrators of organized harassment)

The reader must be wondering:

"How is it possible that these Citizens On Patrol working for the Police know when you're about to get to the bus stop?" How can they know that you're in the area and that you're about to pass by their place? Are they able to track your cell phone somehow? How do they know your precise coordinates in the Cutler Bay area?"

The folks who got me under constant surveillance, the Gangstalking syndicate; they know where I'm at all times. We're talking here about the Fusion Center: DHS/FBI/Police. These people have access to very, very advanced technology that enables them to track and monitor anybody, anywhere, anytime. They don't even need to install cameras inside my house in order for them to know when I am going somewhere. They can watch your every move while sitting in front of a computer in their high-tech building. Besides, all targeted individuals are implanted with highly advanced neuro-nanotechnology, Military technology that enables remote monitoring. I understand this sounds like some futuristic-science fiction crap but their technology is very, very real.

So yeah, it is easy for the puppet masters to track me at all times. They got plenty of trained personnel and they got all kinds of resources. In their eyes I'm just a guinea pig in a classified mind control-behavioral modification program. They don't have a problem wasting tax payer dollars in order to terrorize innocent law abiding citizens like myself.

So, back to the subject...almost every time I'm in Caribbean Blvd heading to bus stop # 03648, the old couple, they get a phone call:

"Hey are you in your house? The target is getting ready to leave his residence, he'll be by the bus stop in about 15 minutes. As soon as he's about to pass by your house, come out and stand in the middle of the sidewalk pretending you're distracted talking on the phone. Make sure to cough loudly, as loud as possible when he's near you. And bump against him, pretending it is an accident! He knows you guys are harassing him so maybe he'll lose his cool. If he says something or does something, if he somehow responds in the way that we want him to respond...then we'll show up and we'll arrest him under a false narrative. We will land him on National TV and we will make him look like a delusional psychopath who abuses the elder. Don't worry about anything, we got your back. Plus, he doesn't have money to hire a lawyer".

So, it is possible to identify these 'Surveillance Role Players' who feel untouchable. That phone call (or text message) is registered in a database that cannot be erased. Even if that phone call comes from some type of automated system or something, all that is needed to prove that this couple are perpetrators of organized community harassment is to scan their cell phones. If let's say, the FBI would be interested in investigating these perps and they would use their highly sophisticated technology in order to scan their cell phones, there would be calls and text messages implicating them (the couple) and the corrupt Law Enforcement agents who recruited them.

I know their address so...it would be easy to prove in a Court of Law that the old man and the old lady who live near bus stop # 03648 are criminals protected by the Law. I mean, what did I ever do to these people for them to be playing these sick games with me? The answer is "NOTHING", absolutely nothing. But they feel it is ok to harass me. How nice! Right? I don't have any evidence to prove it but I have a feeling that this couple is related to someone who is affiliated with the Government somehow.

The day will come when this secret-illegal unconstitutional harassment program will be exposed for everyone to see. It's gonna take some time but eventually, the FBI will have no choice but to investigate the claims of targeted individuals like myself. There are thousands of targeted individuals in USA, I'm not the only one! What do you think the Police will do when that happens? You think they're gonna protect their snitches? The answer is "NO". They're gonna look out for themselves, they're gonna sell them out in order to make themselves look good (they're gonna put their snitches in psychiatric institutions so that their words won't be credible). Keep in mind that the Police is dependent on public trust.

The day will come when these perpetrators of organized harassment will be exposed!

NATIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH: Crime prevention through neighborhood cohesiveness and collaboration.

"A law enforcement liaison is the law enforcement officer or deputy specifically assigned the responsibility of establishing and supporting local Neighborhood Watch groups. The liaison will guide Neighborhood Watch leaders to make decisions that will be best for their group. The officer will train Neighborhood Watch leaders, block captains and members in areas ranging from setting goals to how to report suspicious activities. The liaison should also be involved in facilitating community-wide Neighborhood Watch activities."

FOLLOW-UP ON THE STORY:

On the afternoon of Saturday June 29, 2019 I headed to the bus stop by Caribbean Blvd & Cutler Ridge Dr so that I could go to Walmart (bus stop # 03648). I got to the bus stop at 3:40 PM. As soon as I sat down, a Hispanic woman in her late 40's who lives in the house of my tormentors, she came out and slammed the door of the house. This happened right at the moment that I sat down at the bus bench, at 3:41 PM exactly. An orchestrated synchronicity!

This woman seems to be the person in charge of that household, she seems to be the daughter of the old couple. Her body language tells me that she could be a City employee, maybe even a cop. I know for a fact that her friends in the Police told her that I am documenting everything. They got me under constant surveillance and they monitor everything I do in my computer.

They know that the targeted individual program is gonna be exposed a few years from now so, they wanna arrest me under a false narrative in order to somehow justify their crimes. This is why this miserable lady is exposing me to toxic situational scenarios, hoping that I respond in some inappropriate way...she's desperate! She's wasting her time. She can go ahead and do whatever she wants, I'll just ignore her.

So I took the bus, went to Walmart and came back. At 4:48 PM I arrived at bus stop # 03648 which is close to the house of these criminals. As soon as I got off the bus and started heading towards Cutler Ridge Dr (walking by the sidewalk of course), the lady came out of her house. She got inside the car parked in front of her house and she drove it in reverse blocking the sidewalk temporarily (slow motion-choreographed street theater). Perfect timing! Right at the moment when I get off the bus and start heading for Cutler Ridge Dr! She didn't want to make it obvious, she knows I'm taking notes. So...I just stood near the bus stop away from her house, waiting for her to leave. When she saw that she was not gonna get any reaction from me, she left.

Basically, when I'm near the area this domestic terrorist gets a phone call:

"Hey! The target is heading to the bus stop, he'll be there in five minutes. You know what to do. Remember, expose him to situational scenarios but don't make things obvious, this guy is very smart."

As I already mentioned, this poor woman is trying to trigger emotional responses, she's desperate (very desperate). I actually understand her situation believe it or not, she is a perpetrator of organized community harassment and she doesn't want to be exposed for obvious reasons! She knows that this criminal harassment program is going to be dismantled in the near future.

FOLLOW-UP ON THE STORY:

On the afternoon of Wednesday July 17, 2019 these community based agents resurfaced. Around 1:22 PM as I was heading to bus stop # 03648, a man came out of the house all of the sudden and went right back inside. He came out more or less at the time when I was passing by the house...an orchestrated synchronicity. As I mentioned before, I have no choice but to walk by that house (using the sidewalk) when I'm heading to the bus stop.

He came out of the house, he looked at me weird (trying to intimidate me), and then he went back inside the house. Basically, he was letting me know that this was not something happening by chance, this was something that had been carefully planned. He wanted to let me know that they are watching me, he wanted to let me know that people in that neighborhood know when I am coming and going.

He was wearing a bluish hat, glasses, and a purple long sleeve, it was hard to see his face. Basically, the operative waited for me to show up in the area, then he exposed me to a particular situational scenario. I assume that he was trying to trigger some type of emotional response.

It is clear to me that the "Neighborhood Watch terrorists" who live in that residence, they are desperate. They know that they have been unmasked as perpetrators of organized community harassment. Now they are very, very desperate. The targeted individual program is gonna be exposed soon and they don't want to be charged with aggravated stalking. And of course, the cops that are affiliated with these surveillance role players, they don't want to be exposed either.
