"How does the harassment work?"

Well, we're talking here about heavy overwhelming-multi layered vigilante stalking. This is done to me every single time I go out into the general public, 365 days a year. In 2009 they visited some of my closest friends and forced them to collaborate in covert operations (exposing me to situational and conversational scenarios, to record me saying something out of line).
