If you're reading this letter that means it was not intercepted, that's good. My name is Mr Nizin R. Lopez, I'm a 44 year old U.S. citizen based in Cutler Bay/Fla (United States of America).
I am contacting you to demand justice for the twenty two year old FIU grad and aspiring lawyer 'Melissa Gonzalez', who was shot and killed in Miami-Dade county on Friday 01/03/2020 (U.S. state of Florida). She was shot in the head while heading southbound in Interstate 95. Melissa was the personification of benevolence and kindness. She definitely deserves justice.
Who committed this most heinous act? The local authorities don't seem to have a clue. I have reason to believe that the coward who did this has some type of affiliation with Law Enforcement. In other words: There might be a possibility that the new Director of the Miami-Dade Police Alfredo "Freddy" Ramirez III knows who did this.

I know this will sound outrageous but it is my firm belief that Melissa Gonzalez was murdered by high ranking Government officials, the masterminds behind this covert operation. She was offered as a human sacrifice to the Sunshine state on 01/03/2020; a few days before Law Enforcement Appreciation Day (L.E.A.D.). I'm talking about Masonic ritual murder for the State of Florida (Fla: 27th state of the Union, 67 counties), ritual murder with a multi-layered agenda.
Melissa's life source would pontificate Alfredo 'Freddy' Ramirez as the new top cop of Miami-Dade county (the man with the 3 stars), an initiation. Miami Mayor Carlos Gimenez anointed Mr Ramirez on 01/08/2020, Freddy was enthroned on 01/13/2020.
What a strange coincidence...on 01/23/2020 the former Fire chief of the city of Miami fire dept Mr Carlos Gimenez, he announed that he'll be running for Congress. What transpired on 01/14/2020, a few days before his birthday? A firefighter named David Gonzalez sustained traumatic injuries in an elevator shaft fall (in Miami Beach). An accident? The family name 'Gimenez' sarts with the letter 'G' just like Gonzalez. Melissa Gonzalez = David Gonzalez. Melissa's death took place by N.W. 79th st exit, David was in a building at 9700 block of Collins ave: 79 = 97 (the same numbers in different order). Coincidences?
Back to Melissa: Of course, the death of an innocent young female is good for gun control laws. It is not a secret that Governmental Institutions are pushing for gun reform laws, most of the mass shootings that have taken place in USA since 9/11 until the present are orchestrated by the shadow Gov/Deep State criminal cabal (including Parkland in 2018). So yes, they shot Melissa in the head (execution style) in order to trigger a heavy emotional response from the unsuspecting public. They want to see the population in a state of panic. They create the problem and then they offer the solution: "Give us your guns now you suckers! You will obey!" Social engineering, trauma based mind control.
You might be saying to yourself: "Where is the evidence proving that Law Enforcement is behind the killing of Melissa Gonzalez?" First of all, if I am right, it is clear to me that the Miami-Dade Police Dept will never allow anyone to have evidence (for obvious reasons). The one thing I can tell you for sure is that when it comes to Freemasonry the numbers never lie:
Florida is the 27th state of the Union and there are 67 counties in the state of Florida: If I am not mistaken Melissa was born on January 27th (I don't know what year) and her blood was spilled in Interstate highway, right by exit 6B and exit 7. The people who murdered her chose this particular location since 6 and 7 equal "67" (symbolizing the 67 counties of the state of Florida).
Melissa died on the 3rd day of January (2020). The new Director of the Miami-Dade Police is as I already mentioned Alfredo Ramirez III. III: the third = 3 (his uniform has 3 stars). And what a coincidence, the so called authorities offered $3,000 as a reward for any information that may lead to the arrest of the killer! This is symbolic: 3000 = 3 = Alfredo Freddy Ramirez III.
It is clear to me that the person who chose Melissa Gonzalez for this thing had access to a Law Enforcement database, I wouldn't be surprised if this person works in the HSB/SEFFC located in Doral/Fla, the headquarters for the criminal network known as the Miami-Dade Police Dept.

The suppurating demon of corporate mainstream media in USA, can we expect them to open an investigation? A real investigation? Their job is not to inform or to tell the truth, at least for the most part. The gods of perception management get paid to validate and legitimize the agenda's of the cabal (there must be a reason why people call them 'Fake News'). In America, if a person dares to speak the truth and exposes Government corruption at the highest levels, his/her name will end up in the Fusion Center's watchlist and he/she will be labelled as 'potential terrorist'. This is how it works.
So, I would like to see the FBI opening an investigation as far as this case goes (a serious investigation). But of course, that's not gonna happen. If I send a letter to the FBI headquarters in Washington D.C., the letter will end up in the trash. Welcome to reality!
The folks who pulled the strings so that Melissa would be murdered must be brought to justice, they are apex predators. They believe they're doing this kind of thing in the name of the greater good, for order and equilibrium...but the truth is that they are cold blooded murderers (psychopaths). Think about it, an innocent young woman was ritually murdered as if she was a sacrificial lamb. Shot in the head! This is f*cking insane. We're talking here about a hard working-intelligent person who did everything right. She was full of life. Her familiy is devastated (her poor mother is severely traumatized). The corrupt devils that killed Melissa must be hold accountable, I don't care how powerful they are.
