My name is Mr Nizin R. Lopez, I'm a 43 year old Cuban-American Artist based in Miami/Fla. I am here to denounce a hideous crime that is being perpetrated against me here in USA: Organized community harassment/stalking sponsored by the authorities. Yes, I am a targeted citizen, I've been a victim of this secret illegal unconstitutional harassment program since Jan 2011 until the present. We're on July 2019.
It is important to understand what "Organized Community Harassment" means. If you are a targeted individual that means that you've been designated as an 'Enemy of the State', even though you're a harmless law abiding citizen that poses no real threat to anyone. You've been placed in a blacklist! Covert harassment, organized group stalking, or community based mobbing is a secret program of the U.S. Government designed to neutralize targeted individuals emotionally and psychologically through dark neuro-linguistic programming and negative aversive stimuli.
We're talking here about Law Enforcement, the Intelligence community, and third party contractors...a crime syndicate. This is a harassment program designed to keep a person in a state of anxiety & hyper-vigilance. As an unwilling participant of this torture program you are exposed to a stressor outside the range of usual human experience. The idea behind this multi-layered organized harassment is to cause a nervous breakdown in the long run, to push you over the edge. They expose you to acts of provocation all the time hoping that you lash out. If you do lash out, then the cops come in and arrest you under a false narrative. Once you end up in a psychiatric institution your credibility is gone. This is a personality disintegration program designed to neutralize outspoken-politically incorrect free thinkers that question the establishment.
As far as the organized community harassment done to me every single time I go out into the general public...the unjust systematic harassment is done by a group of people in an organized fashion using unethical means to torment, preoccupy, agitate, intimidate, and terrorize the target 24/7 no matter where he goes. I'm talking here about acts of provocations that are very well camouflaged: Choreographed street theater, pedestrian mobbing, noise campaigns, invasion of space, mimicking, directed conversations, engineered collisions, orchestrated synchronicities, entrapment...etc. Basically, a vigilante operation based on choice reference patterns. Disruption of daily activities!
The command station for organized stalking is the Fusion Center. Since I live in Cutler Bay/Fla, the Fusion Center that is closest to me is the HSB/SEFFC which happens to be the Homeland Security Bureau and the Headquarters for the Miami Dade Police Dept (the primary Fusion Center in Fla is the FFC/FDLE which is located in Tallahassee). So yes, the so called authorities are involved in organized intimidation stalking....law enforcement using the civilian sector as irregular forces in asymmetrical warfare!

The 'Surveillance Role Players' that participate in this criminal harassment are brainwashed into believing that the target is a really bad person: a terrorist, a murderer, a sex offender, a wife beater, a drug addict, a thief, etc. A professional character assassination campaign, a clandestine civil-military operation. We're talking here about a criminal network shielded from legal culpability...they've been given the green light to do as they please. Senator Marco Rubio knows this is going on, Congressman Mario Diaz Balart knows this is going on, Fla Governor Ron DeSantis knows this is going on...they look the other way.
I'll go ahead and provide a practical example so that the reader can understand what targeted citizens experience on a daily basis.
I go to Walmart pretty much every two weeks in order to buy food. Every single time I go to Walmart, I experience heavy overwhelming multi-layered organized harassment. I've experienced this in the following Walmart stores:
Walmart store: 19501 N.W. 27th ave, Miami Gardens/Fla 33056.
Walmart store: 3200 N.W. 79th st, Miami/Fla 33147.
Walmart store: 21151 S. Dixie Hwy, Miami/Fla 33189.
I began frequenting Walmart on a regular basis in May 2014. To this day I still experience intense mobbing in the Walmart store located in Cutler Bay (21151 S. Dixie Hwy, Miami/Fla 33189). I usually pay with my debit card so I can prove that I've been frequenting that establishment for quite a while.
On the afternoon of July 10, 2019 I was pretty much "assaulted" at this Walmart store. A Hispanic old man tried to collide with me as I was entering the store, it was 100 % intentional (intimidation on steroids). This transpired at 3:26 PM, right by the entrance of the store. The perpetrator waited for me to show up. When I was in the process of entering the store, he came out of nowhere fast and blocked me using a shopping cart. He basically used the shopping cart as a weapon, an abrupt invasion of space. I tried to go around him and then he invaded my space once again, he tried to collide with me. We're talking here about very well coordinated invasions of space, orchestrated synchronicities! This miserable clown was trying to trigger an emotional response, hoping that I would retaliate. This is on camera, there are plenty of video cameras by the entrance of the Cutler Bay store.
The perp was notified of my presence with a phone call. Keep in mind that I am under constant surveillance everywhere I go:
"Hey! You're ready? He just entered the store! You see him? Come on out and bump into him pretending it is an accident. If he doesn't do anything cut him off a second time!"
Who called him? Everything seems to indicate that the Walmart employees are involved in this criminal harassment. Every single time that I arrive at this store I see Walmart employees on their cell phones, acting kind of strange...their body language tells me that they're not there by chance. The guys in management, they defnitely know what's going on. For damn sure!
At some point somebody who is affiliated with Law Enforcement went to that store and spoke to the people in charge:
"Hey, this guy Nizin R. Lopez, he just moved to the Cutler Bay area. He's a freak. He hasn't committed any crimes but we know he's dangerous. He will be coming here on a regular basis, we watch his every move. We have access to very sophisticated surveillance technology that allow us to track him and monitor him anytime-anywhere. Brosnan Security (Law Enforcement & Military Intelligence) knows that this guy comes here almost every week. We want you folks to mess with this fellow, to expose him to all types of acts of provocation. Don't make it obvious that you're harassing him. He's a silent hit, this is a covert operation. We want this guy to retaliate so that we can put him in jail under a false narrative. Our main goal is to land him on National TV as a threat to public safety in order to discredit him. We wanna make him look bad, the media outlets are on our side. You Walmart employees, you don't have to worry about being unmasked. We got your back. Plus, this guy doesn't have money to hire a lawyer."
Basically, the so called authorities are enlisting perpetrators of organized community harassment in order to eliminate people that they dislike (for whatever reason). They recruit civilians that will provoke the target (they compensate them with gift cards). They do this day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year...non stop. If the target responds in the way they want him to respond, they put him behind bars. These cops are professionals when it comes to character assassination. So yeah, this is what the Police is doing with our tax payer dollars: They are hiring domestic terrorists. How nice! Right? To serve and protect!
By the way, the Hispanic old guy who attacked me by the entrance of the Walmart store on July 10, 2019, he received a phone call. That phone call that he received prior to 3:26 PM when they notified him of my presence, that phone call is registered in a database that cannot be erased. In other words: Not only is it possible to identify this corrupt "citizen on patrol", it is possible to identify the person who called him (a Walmart employee?) and the Officers who recruited them for this mission. These people think they are untouchable but they are not untouchable.
The targeted individual program will be shut down eventually, a few years from now. The program is gonna be exposed on National TV, everyone in America is gonna find out. When that happens, the DOJ and the FBI will have no choice but to investigate the claims of targeted individuals like myself. This is why I am documenting this stuff, because I know that the program is gonna be dismantled eventually.
